City Centre Flats
Seven Premium brand new flats completed in Colchester City Centre
We used our Graco spraying system to complete the mist coat and finish the ceilings in these luxurious flats in the heart of Colchester. The walls were finished in earthy tones using Dulux Diamond Matt Emulsion, while the woodwork was completed in Dulux Diamond Satinwood for a durable, high‑quality finish. The solid oak doors were treated with Osmo Door Oil in a matt finish, preserving the natural oak appearance while providing long‑lasting protection.
The Angel Inn
A 16th Century 11 bedroom Inn and Restaurant
A full refurbishment of this 16th‑century inn and restaurant was carried out, and we were contracted to complete all internal and external decorating. Using Farrow & Ball paints and designer‑selected colour palettes, we transformed every room with great care and attention to detail. We also cleaned, sealed, and Danish‑oiled all internal beams to achieve the high‑level finish the client requested. After extensive preparation and craftsmanship throughout, The Angel Inn went on to win “Best Hotel in Eastern England” for its exceptional quality, service, and beautifully restored interior.
East Road
A Grade II Listed Full Redecoration
A full restoration was completed on this stunning 17th‑century Grade II listed property in the heart of Colchester City, and the results were truly exceptional. We were responsible for decorating the entire building, including all of the original wooden windows inside and out. It was a significant undertaking, and every trade involved worked hard to meet the client’s high expectations. The transformation has been remarkable — the property is now a highly successful Airbnb, showcasing a perfect blend of historic character and modern finish that really delivers the wow factor.
